How do you invite new members to join your site? Can I just send them an e-mail?

Because SuperFamily.com is password-protected and private, we need to help you invite new members, so we can set them up with a unique, private Login Name and Password. To do this, just click on "Invite Members!" Then, fill out the names and e-mail addresses of whomever you want to invite (you can also add a personalized message). When you're finished, click on "Send Invitations" and we'll automatically send out private, individual e-mail messages to your invitees--complete with unique Login Names and Passwords.

How do I delete or replace a family member photo?

You can only remove or replace your own photo. To do so, just click on your name from the Family Members main screen, click "upload," click "browse" to select your new photo, and click "upload" to upload the photo or "cancel" to keep the original photo. The next time you log-in to your website, you'll see the new picture.

How do I change someone's name in the Birthdays area?

The Birthdays area automatically enters information from your SuperFamily members, so if they have a misspelled name, it means that's the name they were invited under. You'll need to reinvite them with the correct name. If you want to change the Birthday of a non-member, you can edit their information by clicking on their name from Birthdays.

Make sure you are logging-in at the correct address. If you want to bookmark the site, you'll still need to bookmark only http://ww.superfamily.com and then enter your log-in name and password; to keep your site secure, you can't bookmark pages from within your site.

I invited a number of people. How do I tell if they have joined?

On your Family Members page, you'll see a list of both members who have joined your website, and people who have been invited. When someone is invited, their name will appear in the invited list; you'll know when they've joined when their name is listed in the members list, where yours is.
